Welcome to Cali Design Studios. By placing an order with us — whether for branding, web design, animation, or any other creative service — you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept this in plain language: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how revisions and refunds actually work in practice. Questions before you check out? We’ll usually resolve things through revisions first. If a refund is warranted, we’ll confirm it by email. Once a refund is issued, ownership of the design reverts fully to Cali Design Studios — you won’t retain rights to use, display, or reference any version of the work, and we may register the design to prevent it from being reused elsewhere as an “original” in the future.
Your portal is the main hub for updates, files, and messages from your designer. It’s on you to check it regularly — missing a message or update there isn’t grounds for a refund. If you’re ever unsure how to use it, our support team is happy to help.
Our designers work closely to the brief you give us in the order form — no guessing, no wandering off-brand. Every concept starts with real research so the result is both distinctive and on-point. We keep refining a package’s design until you’re fully satisfied, within the scope of that package.
Where applicable, website packages include a domain and hosting at no extra cost. Any email accounts that come with a website package are compatible with third-party clients like Outlook, with 10MB of storage each. Email accounts are only provided when you’re hosting with us. Domain, hosting, and email add-ons are not refundable.
Standard delivery is 5–7 days from when we receive your order, sent to your portal with an email notification. Need it faster? Our Rush Delivery add-on gets your first logo samples to you within 48 hours for an extra $100. Note that every revision and refund timeline in this document is measured from the date and time your files land in your portal — not from when the order was placed.
We hold onto a copy of your finalized design after delivery. Lost your files or need them again down the line? Just ask and we’ll send them over.
Our support team is available around the clock, and we aim to respond right away whenever you reach out. For your protection, we’re only responsible for correspondence that comes from our own domain (jordan@calidesignstudios.com) or our published toll-free number. We’re not liable for messages from any other source claiming to represent us.
Using our services may require registration details. You confirm that whatever you give us is accurate, current, and complete — we can restrict access or suspend an account if we have reason to believe otherwise.
We operate under PCI DSS compliance standards, which means we may securely retain your card details on file for recurring charges, extra development hours, or infrastructure needs tied to your project. We’ll always let you know before this happens in practice, even though our compliance status permits it.
Every logo we produce is built from scratch for your brand specifically — never pulled from a template or recycled from another client’s job. That’s how we back our promise that your identity will stand out and land with your audience.
We’ll help connect standard third-party plugins and APIs where a project calls for it, but we don’t manage or take responsibility for any third-party service itself, and any deeper integration work outside standard setup will need its own fee agreement.
