When you place an order or save details with us, we collect your name, email, mailing address, and phone number. We also gather any contact info you send us through forms like our Contact Us page, so we can reply to your questions. On top of that, we keep a record of what you’ve browsed and purchased with us over time.
Mostly, your information helps us process and confirm your order — and our team may reach out by phone, email, or mail if we need more details to complete it. You may also hear from us about site updates, new services, promotions, or our newsletter. We also look at browsing and purchase patterns in aggregate to improve our site and make the ordering experience smoother.

Our site may include social features like a Facebook “Like” button or share widgets. These can pick up your IP address, the page you’re on, and may drop a cookie to work properly. Some are hosted by us, others by the third party behind the tool — either way, how they handle your data follows that provider’s own privacy policy, not ours.
We never sell your personal information, full stop, and we only share it with outside parties in the specific ways described here. That includes payment processors who bill you for our services (they don’t retain or reuse your identifiable data beyond that) and Live Person, which powers our live chat support. Any vendor we work with is only authorized to use your information to deliver the service we’ve hired them for.
Any information you submit is encrypted in transit using SSL, and we follow industry-standard practices to protect it both while it’s moving and once it’s stored with us. Sign in from our homepage to reach your account, where you’ll find your order history and the details you’ve shared with us. Once logged in, you can update your information anytime through the My Account section.
To cancel a subscription or have your information deleted, email our support team — once processed, you won’t receive further messages related to any orders tied to that account. We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and we’ll delete or stop using it on request, except where we need to retain it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Cookies are small identifiers stored in your browser that let our systems recognize you and hold onto items in your cart between visits. Most browsers let you manage or block cookies through their Help settings, but we’d recommend keeping them on — they’re what makes some of our site’s best features work smoothly.
We also log IP addresses to troubleshoot server issues and to get a general sense of visitor location and ISP; this is never tied to anything that identifies you personally. Separately, we look at aggregated traffic patterns, browser types, access times, and referring/exit URLs to understand how the site is used overall — this data isn’t shared with third parties except in combined, non-identifying form.
Note that partners, affiliates, and service providers who use their own cookies on our site (often for smoother navigation via session IDs) aren’t covered by this policy — we don’t control those cookies directly.
We use small, invisible graphics called web beacons (also known as clear gifs) to understand which content on our site performs well. Unlike cookies, these live directly embedded in a page rather than on your device, and they’re roughly the size of a printed period. We don’t connect anything they gather to information that identifies you personally.
With your permission, we may feature your testimonial and name on our site. If you’d rather it be taken down at any point, just let us know and we’ll remove it.
Our site sometimes links out to other websites, and their privacy practices may look nothing like ours. Anything you share there falls under their own policies, so it’s worth giving those a read before submitting information elsewhere.
We may update this policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted here and on our homepage so you always know what we collect, how we use it, and when we might share it. For material changes, we’ll notify you directly — here, by email, or via a homepage notice — before the update takes effect. Worth a periodic re-read on your end too.
We may disclose your personal information when required by law, or when we believe it’s necessary to protect our rights or comply with a court order, subpoena, or other legal process directed at our site.
